My wife and I will be driving in Croatia this FALL (Sept) and need assistance on finding local B&B's or REASONABLE places to stay. We will be starting in Tresti, Italy and continuing all the way along the coast to the Southern portion of Croatia. On our return drive to Vienna (driving through Solvinia and to GRAZ AUSTRIA). I can give you more details if you want specific cities- but of course we will be interested in your suggestions and places NOT TO MISS!! We have been to Zegrab so do not plan to do it again. We would like to visit Pilvic National Park and other ones of special interest.Also some islands off the coast (Zadar and other further south).We are planning an in-depth visit of about 2.5 weeks. Can you assist in the above information?

Dear Richard,
You will have no trouble finding private accomodation in September at reasonable prices. That time is out of main season and most accommodation owners are cutting prices and are eager for guests. The bes way to find info on local places to stay is to contact local tourist office.
with rgards to places not to miss I would suggest (moving southfrom Zadar) Sibenik, Krka National Park, Trogir, Split, Omis, river Cetina, Ston (tray the famous sea shells) and Dubrovnik. For more info on these destinations visit www.croatia.hr.
