Strange question, are there alot of Prazens in Croatia? All that I knew is that my great grandparents were from Austia. There ar'nt many Prazens in America. Some day We would like to go there.

To the best of my knowledge, there aren't that many Prazens in Croatia. Most of us are from the same branch of the family.
Family lore tells that the surname originates from the city of Prag (Praha) in Czech Republic, but I have no confirmation of that story. I also know that there is a similar surname "Prazenica" in Slovak Republic.
