Question I am landing in Venice on 9/14 and want to arrive in Dubrovnik by 9/17 at 9:05. Which is the best way to go?
Answer Since there is no direct flight from Venice to Dubrovnik, I think the best way is to go by boat or ferry, but again, there is no direct line. However there are few flights weekly from Rome, Wienna, Ljubljana or Zagreb.
If you want to go by ferry, you can aboard in Venice and get of in Pola where you can continue with bus or a plane.
You should also consider Ancona - Split (by ferry)/(in Split you can catch a flight to Dubrovnik), but i think itīs neccesary to make reservation.
There is a boat to Dubrovnik from Bari but it is far from Venice.
Itīs quite complicated...
