Question
I came across this pattern it says to Ch 3, skip first dc, dc in next
dc, * skip next ch-1 sp, skip next dc, dc in next ch-1
sp, ch 3, 3 dc over the last dc made, skip next dc,
skip next ch-1 sp, dc in next dc; repeat from * to
last st; dc in top of ch-3; turn.
I have no idea how to 3 dc over the last dc made could you please help me

"dc in next ch-1 sp,ch 3, 3 dc over the last dc made"

You are going to make a dc in the ch1 space, then chain 3,
Then you are going to put 3 dc all in the top of that dc you made just before the chain 3.  You do that by taking your hook back just a little bit and putting it into the top of the stitch just below your chains.
