Question
Could you translate this for me please?
working in end of rows, skip first row, (sc,5 dc, sc) in next row (Foundation Row), skip next row

Answer
You will be working into the sides of the rows that you've made.
You skip the first row, which is your starting chain.  In the end of the next row you will make a single, 5 doubles, and a single all in the side of the same stitch.  Then you will skip the next row.  In the end of the next row you will make a single, 5 doubles, and a single, all in the side of the same stitch.  This creates a small shell border.

Let's say you've worked 6 rows of single crochets, it will look something like this:
++++++++
++++++++
++++++++
++++++++
++++++++
++++++++
Now you will turn 90 degrees (or join your new yarn on the bottom) and work along one side, and it will look like this:

++++++++x
++++++++
++++++++x
++++++++
++++++++x
++++++++
