Question
I am having trouble figuring out where to place the stich in a split treble crochet from the preivous line. Here are the instructions:

Row 2: Ch 1, turn; sc in first dc, *ch 3, work first leg of split tr, skip next 5 dc, (work second leg of split tr, ch 3, sc) in next dc; repeat from * across

Row 3: Ch 4, turn; (tr, ch 3 sc) in next Split tr (THIS IS WHERE I AM STUCK) CH 3, work first leg of split tr, *(work second leg of split tr, ch 3, sc) in next split tr, ch 3, work first leg of split tr; repeat from * across, work seond leg of split tr in last sc.

I can't figure out which part of the split I am supposed to be working in on row 3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Erin

Answer
Hey, Erin! After you make the ch 4 turn to begin row 3, you'll make a (tr,ch 3,sc)In the LAST tr you made on row 2, then ch3,make first leg of split tr, then make the the 2nd leg in the next leg of the of the split tr. Basically, what your doing is making a trc,ch3, sc, in each leg of the row 2 spilt tr, and making another split tr, then working in the tr crochet legs again. I hope I explained this well enough!
