Where can I find a pattern for pineapple stitch in a grill format? You would call it "Diamond shaped cells"  in knitting language.

All pineapple patterns are in a open work format, so if I understand it correctly it would be the same as grill. I am not familiar with knitting terminology, but any pineapple patter I think will meet the need you are asking.

What in specific are you looking to make? with that I can then make a better suggestion for you.
