ANSWER: I'm not exactly sure where you need help, Lydia. I can't quite make out what the last line says.
It starts off with "need to know what it means when it says ch 2 space..." whu s ther a dash between the ch7. I need to know where else you're having problems. Row 1, or row 3, ect.? If you could clear this up for me, I'm sure I can help.

Best Wishes,  Bea

O.,K. that is the total of the the daisy stitches  Like I said anything you can help me with will be appreciated.  Thank you so much  you have have been very helpful in the past and I understand when you explain it to me

Answer
Hey, Lydia!  You're a busy woman! OK, about the daisy.

Rnd 1: Ch 5 with yellow, join to make a circle. Now, stick your needle in the circle, grab your thread, and make 12 single crochets in the circle, then tie it off.

Rnd 2:  With the right side facing you (that side is facing you when you crochet from right to left) Join your next color with a slip stitch in the same stitch where you tied rnd 1 off. Now,
* chain 6 making your stitches a bit loose, and then crocheting just in the top thread of each chain, double crochet in the third chain from your hook, and the last 3 chain stitches(petal 1 made)slip stitch in the next sc of your circle.repeat from * until you've finished 12 petals, then slip stitch in the stitch you tied your color 2 into.Tie off.

Rnd 3:  With right side facing you, join green in the top of any petal.(They are calling this a ch 2 space) chain 3 (this will count as a double crochet now and through out the pattern)and put 2dc, ch3, and 3 dc, in the same space. Ch 1, sc in the tip of the next petal, ch 2,sc in the tip of the next petal, ch1 *(3dc, ch3, 3dc) in the tip of next petal, ch1 repeat from * 2 more times, join with a slip stitch to first dc. NOTE: This round is setting up the 4 corners of your square.

You should be able to finish this now! If not, just let me know.

Best,  Bea
