Hi Patricia,
I saw a posting online (http://en.allexperts.com/q/Crochet-3235/2010/8/Crochet-Bedspread-Repair.htm) where Barbara is seeking someone who does crochet repairs. I do.  I've tried to post a reply for 2 days unsuccessfully so I'm not sure if my reply is being weeded out as possible spam, etc.  I have been crocheting for more than 40 yrs and specialize in crochet repairs. Is there a way through you that I can reach out to Barbara? I would appreciate the opportunity and any help you can lend in facilitating this. Traditional Crochet and Filet Crochet (not clothes) I do more thread crochet than yarn.

I have been crocheting for over 50 years. As a child growing up in New Orleans, LA, I had aunts and older cousins who taught me, but now they are all gone and sadly, there is no one who crochets in my area. I hope to be able to meet fellow crocheters through this website, and I'd be delighted if I could help someone answer a question. I'm sure I'll be asking my share, also. I specifically enjoy doilies and afghans. I really like designing filet crochet. I don't make clothes, other than hats and scarves.
