Question
Next row (WS) Patt First 26 STS ENDING AFTER *2 DC, 1 CH AND 2 DC INTO NEXT CH SP *SKIP DC, 1 DC INTO NEXT DC AND TURN LEAVING REM STS UNWORKED. WORK ON THIS SET OF 27 STS 5 PATT REPS ONLY FOR LEFT FRONT. WORK 4 ROWS, ENDING WITH RS FACING FOR NEXT ROW .

QUESTION DOES THIS MEAN I COUNT 26 STS AND WORK THE PATTERN STS IN THE FIRST 26 STS? I HAVE A ROW 23 PATTERN STS. I AM SUPPOSE TO WORKED ON 27 STS. I DONT KNOW HOW IT CAN BE WHEN THERE IS 4 PATTERN STS IN EACH CH SPACE. 5 PATTERN REPS DOES NOT EQUAL 27 STS   HELP

Thanks for the question.

If I am reading this correctly, you should have more than 26 stitches, since at the end of the instructions it states to leave the rest unworked.

You are going to do the pattern on the first 26 stitches, then you will do from the "ending after" till it states to turn, leaving the rest of the stitches unworked.

It then states to work this set of 27 stitches, that consist of 5 patt reps but only for the left front.  You be working 4 rows of this, ending with the piece being right side, for the next row.

I hope this makes sense. There is a lot of instruction on just one section, but it sort of makes sense since its stating stitches and some pattern that has been established.

Should you need any assistance, please let me know.

Happy hooking
