Question
Hi there, I have a Bernat herringbone afghan pattern (0427) that I can't figure out. When I get to the 8th row it just doesn't look right to me. What do they mean work in front of last dtr, do I start with the first skipped hdc or the one next to dtr? Row 9 1 dtr in next dtr. working behind last dtr, I don't get it. Please help.
Thank You
Brenda

Answer
Brenda:

Thanks for the question.

I have provided a video that will answer this question. Its a hard question to answer written, but I think the video will answer the question.

The stitch is called a front post/back post stitch

If that does not help, please let me know and I will try my best to clarify.

Happy Hooking
