Question
I have been looking for a little girls's skirt pattern , the skirt is straight , and in front there an attached bib. When finished an elastic is threaded through the waist band. I had this pattern about 40 years ago and lost it. Would like to make one for my grand daughter. Can you or any one help
Thanks
Alice

Answer
I did find a pattern that is created in a rectangle that you sew up the back, then thread elastic through it for the waist. Here is the link:

For the bib part, you will have to be creative, and use another pattern. It is for a bibbed apron, and is much smaller youth size, but will provide the idea for creating the bib:

Between the two, you should be able to create a great little skirt she can be proud of!
