what does this mean: Ch 1, sc in end of next row, *2 sc in end of each of next 2 rows, sc in end of each 2 rows

You will do a Chain one, on the next row, you will do a sc at its end. When you get to the end of the next two rows on that last stitch, you will do 2 sc.
