Cross Stitch/Lost chart

Question
Hello Kris,

Looking for designer:  I just started counted cross stitching again and realize I have lost the leaflet of a piece I started probably 7 - 10 years ago, and would like to finish.  I bought the leaflet at one of the local cross stitch shops which is now out of business.

Here's description of this very unique religious piece:  It is a large design, about 11 X 14 picture of Christ standing in a white robe. He is holding a lamb and there is a lion at his feet.  Spring flowers are on the ground.  His face is done in pettipoint and is very lovely-detailed halo around his head. I think there may have been beadwork in the halo. The piece itself is very detailed.  The background is a light blue - I chose light blue Jacobean cloth to work this on.  I hope someone will be able to find this for me as I'd love to finish it.

I have never seen anything like this design and can't find it anywhere.  Please help.

Thanks,
Becky

Answer
Becky,

I am not sure I have ever seen this chart, but it sounds beautiful. I am sorry I can't help with a designer name, but I can give you a great shop that may be able to help! Stitches N Things. Deb is the owner. Her entire staff is very helpful! You can contact her shop at www.stitchesnthings.com

This is not my local shop, but I love them!

I wish I could have been of more help! I hope you find another copy of the chart!

Happy Stitching!
Kris
