Question
I have tried doing a french knot many times and it looks like a backstitch. I wrap the thread around the needle and pull thru but it still looks like a backstitch.
please help

French knots are not my favorite either. I learned to wrap the thread twice around the needle and pull very slowly. I sometimes cheat though and use a glass seed bead! It is so much easier!
