Question
Is there a video online that shows the steps for stitching over one thread on 28 to 32-count fabric? I know it sounds simple enough, but I want the back to be correct as well. Is this called petite point?

If you google "cross stitch videos" you will find links to several of them. check them out to see which suits your need.
Stitching over one thread is petite point. You can also search for petite point videos.
Basically you stitch in the same manner as for regular cross stitch.
