Question
I love doing cross stitch. After I done it for awhile I start getting this pain in my shoulder.  The pain gets worse as I do more cross stitch and will last for several days after I have been forced to quit.  This is so frustrating, can someone please give me some hope that I may be able to do cross stitch without pain.

I wish I could help! I too have neck and shoulder pain when I stitch. Or I did. I bought a new chair and changed the way I sit. I sit in a recliner with my feet up and laying back a little that helps. I also use a heating pad to help keep the muscles loose. Wish I could be of more help!

Happy Stitching!
