Question
I am making bread cloths and I wondered if there is a way to put something on the back to finish it so there are not just loose threads on the back but more finished.  I was thinking some kind of iron on interfacing.  Thanks.

Answer
Hello Jan,

Yes, there are iron on interfacings that you can use on the back of your work. Depending on how thick your bread cloth is, you can also use double sided interfacing and sandwich it between your bread cloth and another nice piece of fabric such as muslin or even another plain bread cloth.

I hope this helps.

Needlecrafts have been a part of my life for years. I sew, cross stitch, knit, crochet and bobbin lace, just to name a few. Cross stitch was one of the firsat crafts that I learned as a child and has stayed with me as a wonderful and peaceful artistic way to express myself.
