Is there a conversion to DMC for glissengloss colorwash #517, I only need this color to complete a project and the company requires purchasing at least ten dollars worth.

Hello Karen,

Yes, it is possible to use a DMC thread instead of the Glissen Gloss for your project, but I warn you now, it will not be an exact match.

The best match I could find to use would be DMC Color Variations # 4240. Below is a link to their website.
