Question
I would like to book passage on a ship from New York to Israel,
around the first of October, but have no idea how to go about
this or if it is possible. Any information you can give me will be
appreciated.

Hello,

Unfortunately, there are no ships that cruise one-way from New York to Israel.  There are ships that cruise one-way from New York to London.  From London you could travel by train or plane to Israel.  Depending on the time of year it is there could be another ship that could take you from London to somewhere in the Mediterranean (such as Barcelona, Rome or Venice).
