It's from my childhood so I hope it's semi-coherent: the film is basically set in contemporary times (a big city like New York possibly) and is about a woman (a witch) who seduces a man and has him fall head over heels for him. Suspicious locals are starting to gather to get rid of this witch (perhaps they know of her past deeds) and towards the end of the movie is the most memorable scene: she sends her lover out while she takes a bath. While he's out walking he literally starts to turn into her: growing breasts, his hair growing and coloring like hers. He's freaking out. And at this point the towns folk are bloodlusting for this witch and once they see him looking like her they kill him, thinking they've done their job. But we see the witch enjoying her bath and her trick...and it's extremely wicked. And no...it's not Spellbinder. What is this film?

Sorry to say, I haven't a clue what this film could be. Could it possibly be an episode of some 80s era TV series, like "Monsters" (1988), "The New Twilight Zone" (1985), "Amazing Stories" (1985), etc.?
