I either need the actress or name of the movie where at the end you see the women who has been a wheelchair in a house where people are getting axed to death stand up and axes a man in his bedroom. You only see her shadow and the movie ends.

First, apologies for the late reply. Have been busy with work, etc.

Not quite sure what the film you are looking for could be, but will take a guess and say it's a William Castle film from 1961 called "Homicidal". A plot summary from Wikipedia follows:

"A mysterious attractive blonde (Arless), an elderly family nurse who is confined to a wheelchair and unable to speak (Leontovich), and a soon to be 21-year-old family heir all share an isolated brooding mansion where many unseemly events occur."
