I'm trying to remember the name to an early 1990's movie. It involved children with whitr or blond hair in a small town that controlled the adults minds and make them harm theirselves or others. the movie cover had 3 kids on the cover a girl and two boys about ages 9 to 12 I'm not sure if there were any other kids on the cover but those three I believe were in the forefront. Can u help me.

I think the movie you are looking for is director John Carpenter's 1995 remake of the classic 1960 Horror film, "Village of the Damned". Here is a plot summary / review from Amazon.com:
