Question
When i was a kid back in Havana i saw a black and white movie, i think it was an English or french horror movie , what i remember is that it was about a beautiful blond woman who died in a horse drawn carriage accident then she was buried, i think she was wealthy or something the thing is that in a castle she showed herself several times to people as beautiful as she was but she really was dead, there's a scene of a guy who liked her and they started kissing and stuff and all of a sudden she reveals her real decomposed face while holding him i think the guy died right there, i remember another scene there was a Dr. or a guy who noticed that there was something wrong with this woman and he inserted a needle in her eye , of course there was not blood or anything, i remember there was a black cat involved she always walked around the castle wearing a dark rope with a hood and also in the basement of that castle there were catacombs and she walked a lot around the dead body under there, i mean to me it was a pretty scary movie, the name the movie was played was in Spanish "La rubia peligrosa" it means Dangerous blonde, but i know that was not the original name of the movie.

Answer
Hi Roland,

Apologies for the late reply.

I will take a guess and say the film you are looking for is "The Black Cat" (1934), starring Horror legends Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi. Though they share the same name, this film apparently has little to do with the classic 1834 Edgar Allan Poe short story.
A plot summary for "The Black Cat" (1934) follows (courtesy of imdb.com - see below link):

"Honeymooning in Hungary, Joan and Peter Allison share their train compartment with Dr. Vitus Verdegast, a courtly but tragic man who is returning to the remains of the town he defended before becoming a prisoner of war for fifteen years. When their hotel-bound bus crashes in a mountain storm and Joan is injured, the travellers seek refuge in the home, built fortress-like upon the site of a bloody battlefield, of famed architect Hjalmar Poelzig. There, cat-phobic Verdegast learns his wife's fate, grieves for his lost daughter, and must play a game of chess for Allison's life."

DVD copies are readily available via Amazon.com, ebay.com, etc.

Hope this is the film you're looking for.

Cheers!
