There was a movie about two girlfriends (teenagers) who were into punk scene and trying to make it as a punk band. They dressed up in garbage bags and played a song with the following lyric: "...pig, nigger, faggot, bum, your daughter is one!..." I thought the name was "garbage sisters" but I cannot find it anywhere on the interwebs. Please help!

I think the movie you're looking for is one from 1980 called "Time Square". IMDB plot summary:

"Two girls run away from a mental institution and forge a relationship on the streets of New York. They soon begin enjoying their punk-rock life until the powers that be start nosing around, looking for them, unsettling their already delicate mental states. Will the Sleez Girls be torn apart?
