Question
I'm trying to find a movie I saw when I was very young and was fascinated by.  I want to say Steve McQueen was in it, but I think he was in "The Blob" and I'm confusing my actors.  The plot centered around aliens that would drip alcohol from their branch like arms.  When the kids that saw the aliens reported it to their parents/police, no one believed them as they thought the kids had been drinking.  It was a great, campy movie and I can't locate it online. If you can help, I would greatly appreciate it!!  Thanks in advance...

Answer
Hi Linda-Marie,

I think the film you are looking for is called "Invasion of the Saucer Men" which was released in 1957. A plot summary from imdb.com follows:

"A teenage couple making out in the woods accidentally runs over an alien creature with their car. The creature's hand falls off, but it comes alive, and, with an eye growing out of it, begins to stalk the teens. Meanwhile, Joe the town drunk wants to store the body in his refrigerator, but some of the alien's buddies inject alcohol into his system, and Joe dies of an overdose."

Here is the film's trailer:

The film is available on DVD at www.monstersinmotion.com/ or eBay.

Best of luck,
