I need the title of a movie that I partially saw when I was a kid.  All that I know is that it's from the 70s and the part that has always stuck with me is that there is an old guy, kind of looks like a priest but isn't and there is a little girl that has been taken and she is lying down and he marks her on the forehead with a cross in ash.  I also remember her running with I think her mom.  Unfortunatly that is all I can remember.  Please if you can figure this one out that will be great.

Sorry it's taken me so long with this, but I could not get confirmation on a theory... I am almost positive that the film you are looking for is "Burnt Offerings." It was made during the aftermath of "The Exorcist," when Satan and possession were big in movies...
