I AM TRYING TO FIND A MOVIE FROM HWEN I WAS KID, IT WAS ON REGULAR TV. IT HAD LITTLE 1 FT SIZE DEMONS OR TROLLS IN A HOUSE COMING OUT OF THE BASEMENT, AIR REGISTERS AND STUFF. THE ENDING IS A WOMAN BEING DRAGGED ON THE FLOOR INTO THE BASEMENT WHERE THE CREATURES LIVE.

Anyway, the movie you are looking for is called "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark." It was made in the early '70's, and still stands out as one of the few times a TV movie "got it right" as far as horror attempts go... you can get this movie on Ebay or Amazon, for about $5...
