I'm trying to remember a movie that was made in the 70's, where people were trapped in what turned out to be a dollhouse.  It seems as though at the end, when the "reveal" was that they were in the dollhouse, the little girl owner of it was set in a futuristic time.  Her candy bar melts on the house and "floods" it.  The people trying to escape keep finding that the windows and doors are sealed shut.  According to one other message board, someone felt it was British, and might have been a movie that had a collection of several sci-fi stories.

The movie you are looking for is actually an episode of the old "Ghost Story" aka "Circle of Fear" series from 1972. The episode is called "House of Evil" and starred Jodie Foster. A plot summary from imdb.com follows:

"A little girl who could control everyone in her house through her dollhouse and then become left to rescue everyone when the dollhouse as well as the real one starts to burn down."
