Question
I do not recall a Ouija board.  I believe the dress was modern because I think at the end there is a scene on a modern street.  But at the same time I seem to remember 1800's England style dress.  Sorry, my memory is pretty foggy on this.  Yes, there was a female witch who was powerful.

Thanks.

Question -
I am trying to figure out the name of a movie I watched on television as a kid in the late 70's or early 80's.  It was about witchcraft or sorcery in modern times.  Good was battling evil of course.
I don't remember much except at one point an evil powerful witch shoots a lightning bolt out of her fingers at this guy.  He tries to reflect it back at her by forming his hands into a "V".  He struggles with this for a bit but isn't powerful enough, goes to his knees and succumbs.

Another part I remember is someone walking through a dark area and seeing the evil one's victims standing lifeless and draped in cob webs.

Any ideas?  I have pondered this movie on and off over the years, but I have never figured it out.  Thanks!

Hi, Brian...

Can you tell me anything more about this film? Did it involve a Ouija board? Were the characters in modern dress or period costumes? I have a few ideas, but I have to clarify a few things... One of the witches is female, correct?

Send me a follow-up and tell me anything else you might remember....

Answer
Hi, Brian...

No Ouija board lets out all the "Witchboard" films... the female wipes out the "Warlock" movies... hmmmm... going to have to dive deep for this one... I'll let you know when I find something...

If you remember anything else, let me know...

I am a devout fan of horror films, from the Universal classics to the schlock of the 50`s, on through the 70`s to the splatter era, and straight up to "28 Days Later." Tom Savini films are an extra treat. Ask me about "Knightriders" if you don`t believe me. Anyone else own a copy of that classic?
