I remember seeing a slew of 1970's summer teen "B" movies (almost all shot in L.A.) that used to air on local station Channel 5 in New York.

They wee stupid and fun and made me wish my high school days wer'r anything like that.

I located one film ,which is probably the "Citizen Kane of 70's teen fillms aclled "The Pom Pom Girls" (1976) and it is indeed terrific..

Can anyone throwout some more titles that may fit this genre?

Are we talking strictly the non-serious ones? Because, often the ones that were TRYING to be serious are ten times more funny than the ones that weren't... off the top of my head, look for anything starring Rainbeaux Smith... she was one of the queens of the genre.. she was in Pom Pom Girls... look for the "H.O.T.S." movies... any of the "chicks in prison" movies are usually hysterical.... "Caged Heat," one of the best there... if you haven't seen "Massacre at Central High" you've missed a treat, too... careful drinking anything while watching this... you WILL choke about three times thanks to the unintentional hilarity of some of the acting skills...

This do or do you need more? I got a million of them...LOL
