I think the movie is from the late 70's early 80's perhaps...

A girl is dared to spend the night in a mausoleum where a famous parapsychologist who was obsessed with re-animating the dead has recently been buried.  Of course all the bodies start to re-animate and come after her.  

I can't, for the life of me, remember what the title is.  Any clue?

I'm not making fun of you, I promise... but you answered your own question, in a way... the film you are talking about is called "One Dark Night." It's also been known as "Mausoleum" when it's on video.... it was made in 1983, and starred the ever-delilcious to look at Meg Tilly... it's pretty easy to find on Ebay or Amazon, so, if you want to stroll down Cemetery Lane, er, Memory Lane, go grab yourself a copy...
