Expert: Popcorn Guy - 6/26/2006

Question
There's an opening to a horror movie that shows a middle-aged man waking up one morning in an expensive looking high rise condo building.  He yawns, walks to the balcony outside, casually puts his arms out and leans over the side of the railing commiting suicide to the ground below.  

I've got myself and a friend searching frantically for the title...please, we're in need of your expertise.  I'm pretty certain in that it was recent, from 2005-06.

Is there anything else you can tell me about the movie? Actors, what they looked like, where you saw it, anything?

Closest I can come to guessing right now is "Constantine," and that wasn't so much a horror film as it was fantasy... send me a follow-up and let me know...
