I saw this movie on a daytime special probably late 80's or early 90's (don't quote me on that) but it was about a group of teenagers experimenting with different drugs and the only part that sticks in my head is when this girl gets messed up on some heavy drug (angel dust or PCP) she freaks out and jumps out of a second story window, hits the ground, gets up and grabs a large shard of broken glass and starts running it (cutting) up and down her forearm screaming "I'm Invincible, I'm Invincible."

The TV movie you are looking for is called "Desperate Lives" which was released in 1982. The plot involved a brother and sister who get caught up in the drug scene in their local high school, with tragic results. The girl that jumps out the window is actually Helen Hunt...
