While your question is not perfectly clear, it is ture that with all such questions regarding cults, how one answers this inquiry is dependant upon how one defines the term "Cult" itself.
However without too much research it is obvious that many of the spiritual, religious, and other organizations within the UK that one could consider to be cult, are the same ones that are present in America.
However few if any offer "benefits", if that term in an employment sense?
However if you are using it in the sense of a higharchey of privleges from lower to higher withing the organization, then there are many that could suit that deffinition, the military being the largest cult.
