QUESTION: THanx! And.. finally, i ask you for an example of Yamaha DX7 in a cure's song, please do you a know a song where they use it? Many thanks
Answer The DX-7 started getting use around The Head On The Door era. Really all I have to go off of for that is watching The Cure In Orange concert video in which you can see a DX-7 being used for the main keyboard riff in Kyoto Song and also using it on In Between Days in lieu of the ARP. My suspicion is that the DX-7 was probably used quite a bit on Head On The Door, probably with the exception of a lot of the string sounds.
