Question
Hi,
Would you please take a time to tell me which programming language is currently(and of the times) the best ever in web designing and other web development activities? And another thing, please tell me if there is a place where I can take a basic free couse of it, or a book which you think best illustrates that subject. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

This is a really subjective question, as all my colleagues would give you a different answer. It comes down to two factors, really:
1) How easy is it for you to learn the language?
2) How effective will the language be in solving the issue at hand?
