Experience I have worked with dachshund rescue for over 4 years and rescued about 300 dachshunds, have owned dachshunds all my life, and have worked with special needs, puppy mills dogs, and other breeds as well.

Answer Never breed two dapples! Double dapples are born 80 - 90% with a deformity, blindness, deaf or a combination of the above. No reputable breeder ever breeds two dapples. Please do not - it causes so many defects. It does not matter that they are from different litters - it is their genes that count. Thanks for checking before doing it!
