AboutDuke Ha Expertise I have extensive knowledge of the 1990's-Present Dallas Cowboys teams. Specifically, team uniforms, equipment, and so forth. I own numerous Cowboys memorabilia and would love to one day write a book on the evolution of the team's uniforms dating back to their inception in 1960. I may not be able to answer most Cowboys questions prior to the 1990's as I was but a youth at the time :-).
Experience I make annual trips to see the Cowboys at Texas Stadium. I have a library of Cowboys books, dvd's and VHS tapes. I have recorded nearly all games dating back since the 1998 season. I am an artist, so most of my collections such as cards and photos are not for value, but rather for reference. I appreciate the asthetics of the Cowboys and the game of football. As a hobby, I customize and paint McFarlane Dallas Cowboy figures to near exact detail as their live counterparts. I own several game used items, autographs, and roughly 10-12 authentic jerseys with 3 different manufacturers.
Publications I have no known publications. However, as of October 16, 2006, my written work and art has mostly been seen on the Wikipedia topic the Dallas Cowboys- uniforms/logos.
Education/Credentials Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts, Associates of Arts in Graphic Design, Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts with emphasis in Illustration. My dream would be, of course, to work for the Dallas Cowboys organization possibly for their marketing and design team. The Dallas Cowboys annual bluebooks and game programs have always interested me.

Question My X-spouse went to alot of Dallas Cowboy games in 2003. He got some autographs on some hats and a football for my son, but I cannot read the names. The numbers are #48, first name starts with a "D", #52, #56, #87 last name starts with a "W". #52 looks like initials "D" and last name "C". Also have what looks like #26 and may start with an "L". The were X players I guess that my X met while in the Cowboys bar or in the guest rooms that overlook the football playing field. Thank you for your help! Donna
Answer Hi Donna,
Let me see if I can help you out. According to all of my books back dating back from the 2003 season, some of these players were:
Some match up to some of the initials you have provided and unfortunately some do not. I tried giving you as many players that I could that would best match the autograph.
Keep in mind that a certain player who signed your stuff, may have worn these numbers before the Cowboys made their 53-man roster cuts. Though they may have been part of the team, since they did not make the roster when the season started, unfortunately they are not recognized by the team as being OFFICIALLY part of the Dallas Cowboys organization or atleast have had to have worn the jersey number. I hope this helps and thanks for asking!!!
