About Duke Ha
Expertise
I have extensive knowledge of the 1990's-Present Dallas Cowboys teams. Specifically, team uniforms, equipment, and so forth. I own numerous Cowboys memorabilia and would love to one day write a book on the evolution of the team's uniforms dating back to their inception in 1960. I may not be able to answer most Cowboys questions prior to the 1990's as I was but a youth at the time :-).

Experience
I make annual trips to see the Cowboys at Texas Stadium. I have a library of Cowboys books, dvd's and VHS tapes. I have recorded nearly all games dating back since the 1998 season. I am an artist, so most of my collections such as cards and photos are not for value, but rather for reference. I appreciate the asthetics of the Cowboys and the game of football. As a hobby, I customize and paint McFarlane Dallas Cowboy figures to near exact detail as their live counterparts. I own several game used items, autographs, and roughly 10-12 authentic jerseys with 3 different manufacturers.

Publications
I have no known publications. However, as of October 16, 2006, my written work and art has mostly been seen on the Wikipedia topic the Dallas Cowboys- uniforms/logos.

Education/Credentials
Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts, Associates of Arts in Graphic Design, Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts with emphasis in Illustration. My dream would be, of course, to work for the Dallas Cowboys organization possibly for their marketing and design team. The Dallas Cowboys annual bluebooks and game programs have always interested me.

WHITE STRIPE ,THAN A VERY THIN BLUE STRIPE THAN A SILVER STRIPE.W OULD YOU KNOW IF THIS  IS A DALLAS COWBOY REPLICA  JERSEY THANKS

Answer
Hi Mike,
Thanks for the detailed description of your jersey.  Um, from the sounds of it and from the visual that I am getting, what you have there is I believe what some consider a "fashion jersey".  I believe I have seen some people wear those jerseys at a couple of games at Texas Stadium.

Unfortunately, as far as I know, this is not an official Cowboys replica jersey because I do not believe the color sky blue has ever been a part of the Dallas Cowboys color palete.  The Cowboys colors as you may know are: white, royal blue, navy blue, silver, and silver-green.

A lot of the times outside companies will make jerseys or articles of clothing that are very similar to Dallas Cowboys colors in attempts to sell their products.  They will even go so far as to place the number "22" on it to make buyers think of a certain player such as Emmitt Smith.  Nothing wrong with that and they aren't breaking any laws since the Dallas Cowboys cannot patent their colors or numbers.

But bottom line is, unless it displays the NFL Shield or the Cowboys star it probably isn't the real deal....and even that isn't always the case sometimes.  So wear it with pride, but to answer your question, I don't think its a Dallas Cowboys replica jersey.  I hope that helped and thanks for asking.

take care,
Duke
