Experience I had a Cowboys webpage recognized around the Internet as the authoritative list of Cowboys links, and I have a Cowboys book collection second to none (200 titles). In addition to my book collection, I have every Cowboys media guide back to 1960, which makes researching questions much easier.

Question I have a football that I received from my dad when I was a kid. He was a Dallas Police officer and knew someone in the front office who had it signed. It has the following players autographs: TONY DORSETT, SCOTT LAIDLAW, DAVID STALLS, HARVEY MARTIN, THOMAS HENDERSON, BURTON LAWLESS, RAYFIELD WRIGHT, JETHRO PUGH, BILLY JOE DUPREE, TONY HILL, JOHN FITZGERALD, RAFAEL SEPTIEN, ROGER STAUBACH, BENNY BARNES, LARRY COLE, LARRY BETHEA, DANNY WHITE, HERB SCOTT, BOB BREUNIG, DAN REEVES, DENNIS THURMAN, ED JONES, PRESTON PEARSON, RANDY WHITE, JIM COOPER, MEL RENFRO, GLEN CARANO, ROBERT NEWHOUSE, DOUG DENNISON, CLIFF HARRIS, MARK WASHINGTON, D.D. LEWIS, BUTCH JOHNSON, ALOIS BLACKWELL, A COUPLE OF OTHERS AND TOM LANDRY. How much would something like this be worth? Also, it was signed on an "autograph football", and the white parts are cracking. Is there anything I can do for this, restoration, etc...?

I'm afraid autographs and collectibles are outside of my area of expertise.
You might try taking it to a local baseball card shop and they might be able to either estimate its value, or point you to someone who can. Same for the restoration.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help -- it sounds like you have a valuable piece of memorabilia and one that deserves to be saved and restored.
