AboutDuke Ha Expertise I have extensive knowledge of the 1990's-Present Dallas Cowboys teams. Specifically, team uniforms, equipment, and so forth. I own numerous Cowboys memorabilia and would love to one day write a book on the evolution of the team's uniforms dating back to their inception in 1960. I may not be able to answer most Cowboys questions prior to the 1990's as I was but a youth at the time :-).
Experience I make annual trips to see the Cowboys at Texas Stadium. I have a library of Cowboys books, dvd's and VHS tapes. I have recorded nearly all games dating back since the 1998 season. I am an artist, so most of my collections such as cards and photos are not for value, but rather for reference. I appreciate the asthetics of the Cowboys and the game of football. As a hobby, I customize and paint McFarlane Dallas Cowboy figures to near exact detail as their live counterparts. I own several game used items, autographs, and roughly 10-12 authentic jerseys with 3 different manufacturers.
Publications I have no known publications. However, as of October 16, 2006, my written work and art has mostly been seen on the Wikipedia topic the Dallas Cowboys- uniforms/logos.
Education/Credentials Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts, Associates of Arts in Graphic Design, Bachelor of Arts in Studio Arts with emphasis in Illustration. My dream would be, of course, to work for the Dallas Cowboys organization possibly for their marketing and design team. The Dallas Cowboys annual bluebooks and game programs have always interested me.

Question HELP!! I need to find a Troy Aikman youth jersey(L) with the stars on the
sleeves. I have seen some used ones on ebay, but where can I find a new one??
Or, am I trying to do the impossible?? Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks!!

Answer Hi Melissa, oooh...this is outta my realm of expertise as it becomes harder to find retired player jerseys. I am actually in the same boat as you, because I am looking for a youth Deion or Emmitt jersey for my little nephew. I don't think it's totally impossible to find an Aikman youth jersey brand new, but since he did retire after the 2000 season, the only Aikman jerseys I have seen are from Ebay of course and from the Dallas Cowboys website, but unfortunately usually they're all adult sizes.
You could maybe contact the store headquarters through their website and ask if they customize youth jerseys, that might be your best bet. Or maybe you can look around for one of those "mom and pop" stores that never really get rid of their inventory and still may have such a jersey? Keep checking Ebay though, there is bound to be somebody that has what you're looking for, but I do not know how fast you need it. If I should stumble across any in my area (Southern California), I'll be sure and contact you.
