who was the only team cowboys beat in 89 and starting qb?

In 1989, Dallas did indeed go 1-15 . Their only victory came after starting out 0-8. The Cowboys beat the REDSKINS on the road by a score of
13-3. It was on Sunday night football. The starting QB was
Steve Walsh.
