Answer Lucy is the daughter of Gary Ewing (Jr., Bobby, and Ray's brother), and Valene Clements Ewing, a waitress Gary "took-up" with when he was young. Jr. eventually drove Gary into alcoholism and off Southfork. Valene left with Lucy but Jr. sent some of his "boys" to take the baby back from Valene. So she is Jock and Miss Ellie's grandaughter, Jr., Bobby, and Ray's niece, and John Ross, Christopher, and Lucas's first cousin.
In real life, her name is Charlene Tilton. I don't know anything else about her real life.
