Question
hi martin ,thanks for ur help last time .
im wondering if the female that sampled it takes two to make a thing go right is her name michell?u know i had the song on my pc but i just dont know how it got deleted and i dont remember how i got it

Answer
i downloaded the lyn collins song had a listen at it and it is indeed the song that Rob Base it takes two samples. But another song comes to mind once you mentioned it sounding sorta like Janet Jackson's 'escapade' and it also samples the same lyn collins song, and i thought of Seduction's "two to make it right". The remixes of two to make it right make it real obvious that they are sampling the lyn collins song, while the album version samples it a bit more obliquely. The ultimix of "two to make it right" constantly brings the 'think about it' sample in and out at various places within the track. I hope this helps.
