Expert: MartinStJohn Date: 11/19/2007 Subject: name of dance track from 1999 or so
Question There was a song with the words different at each chorus. It was sped up enough so the voice was somewhat tin sounding, almost like Curly form the Three Stooges. Anyway, some of the words went like this...If I only had one more, I could keep the rednecks form breaking down the door....runnin' with a six pack, naked from the law...
It would slow tempo just so you could hear SOME of the words but not all. I lived in Shreveport, La at the time if that helps. We were hopelessly behind when it came to good music. Think you can help me?
I really appreciate man, it's eating at me!

Answer Shelley, nothing's ringing a bell for me, and i'm trying to think of every dance song i heard in New Orleans, cuz that would be my point of reference. (never went to any bars in shreveport). The 'running with the six pack, naked from the law..' sounds incredibly familiar, but nonetheless it's not coming to me. I killed a lot of brain cells in 1999. WIsh i could be of more help. Oh, and btw..befriend me at myspace its DJMartinStJohn@myspace.com ask someone on my friend's list, they might can help.
