Question well i was at a club and i think it was 1999 or so and the dj shut off the music and put this intro on that started with "in the begining there was (silence)" something or other and then he played this song and it kept saying "we were in the dark" and it would be silent for that part and then the music would come on in between and I really loved it can you help me find it? thanks a bunch!
Answer Melissa, the song is "flibberty jib" by Lord Runningclam. It's on the Moonshine record label from 1997, but also was on the english remix service DMC #182 which i have. I answered wrong on the first reply so ignore that one. I love this track, it's the kind of club music i really get into..dark...underground..trancey..minimal vocals..and good buildups and breakdowns.
