Did dave matthews just do a public service announcement for RAD (Release A Dump)?
I heard his tourbus let a load of RV matter off in chicago in a public river and splatterd some passers-by?

Yeah apparently they are now being sued over this "potty dumping" incident. CBS2Chicago.com has the latest info on this here:

The Chicago Tribune is now saying they have video evidence of the dumping. Fitzpatrick, the driver of the bus, stated that he was at an airport at the time dropping Dave off. Police apparantly checked the bus's tank only to find that it was nearly full.

Also on one of the links on the website above takes you to the video of the broadcast that had to do with all of this. The bus that they show on the security camera that eye witnesses are claiming to be the bus that dumped all the waste is black and white. Now I know for a fact from attending shows on this summers DMB tour that Daves bus is entirely black. Just something that didnt makes sense to me.

To be honest, you say not to use the words "all" or "anything" but that pretty much sums it up. Ive read books and watch documentaries concerning the bands history including how they formed, who they we involved with, etc. Ive been to concerts and am always searching the net for new news about the band. I have met some of the band members and also people on the crew. I also play guitar and can answer just about any questions that have to do with Dave's songs or writting style.
