Question
I heard a song today on the local commercial-free radio station. The DJ said it was Dave Matthews singing with a band called "Soul Lines" or "Sole Lines" or something like that. Know anything about this? I searched for the band on the web, but didn't get very far. Thanks!
Hi Dar,
Dave sometimes does perform with other bands or artists for example he did "Sing Along" with the blue man group. He has also done songs with Carlos Santana and Trey Anastacio. As to this Soul Lines I have not heard anything about that. Normally whenever Dave is recording with another band or artist the Warehouse, www.dmband.com, or www.nancies.org will talk about it. There has been nothing in the past months or weeks about this so I'm really not sure unless its a really small local project. I checked out "Soul Lines," "Sole Lines," and read a ton of stuff about Dave Matthews working with other artists and couldnt find anything close. Sorry I couldnt be of more help!
