Hi,
My question is about the song Grey Street, would you happen to know what this song is based on? I heard that it was for his girlfriend ms. gray, however, the reason for me asking this specific question is that if there is a way to find out from the band itself due to the fact that a few years ago, I wrote a letter to the band in warehouse, and in the song, he quoted from the letter i sent, i mean down to the words that i wrote, the thing was that i wrote the letter with each paragraph with diferent colors and bolded of which he mentions in the song, "bold and bright, but all the colors mix together to gray", therefor, i wanted to see if this song was about my letter due to the fact that it is written word by word quoted. If you have a way to find this out, i would be your fan for life. this is very important to me.  thank you very much for your response.

The story revolves around a girl trapped in a loveless relationship, similar to Pearl Jam's Better Man. Again, we see death references (cold blue ice) littered throughout the song.
